Ordering Process

At BabyGifties.com, you can order gifts of any kind through our website. As an added provision, you also get the chance to check and or modify the order before finally making any payments.

You can always choose to e-mail us to place your order. Please make sure that all relevant information is included in your e-mail, including the exact basket that you desire, card message, desired delivery date, and your contact information is sent to info@babygifties.com

Over the phone

you require something sooner, you can place an order via telephone.
We would be happy to help you place an order over the phone if you so choose. You can call us during regular business hours and our customer service representatives will be more than pleased to answer your questions and help you order your gift basket(s) of choice. You can also leave us a voice message and we will return your call as soon as we can.

Already placed an order?

For inquiries on orders already placed, please contact us via email at info@babygifties.com and be guaranteed of same day response or response in just a few hours. We believe strongly in prompt service for all our customers.

Cancellations and Changes

We aim to process orders quickly and efficiently for fast delivery. Our products are prepared right away after orders are placed, and as such, they cannot be changed or cancelled within 48 hours of the shipment date.

Delivery Information

For large orders, multiple boxes that are being delivered to a single location may be boxed together. During the holiday season, please place your order as soon as possible during the months of November and December to avoid disappointment.

Please note that any special instructions you may have could delay the shipment of your order. If we have any queries about your instructions, we will get in touch with you via the e-mail address you provide at checkout.
Deliveries made to hotels and hospitals are only recommended for locations across the GTA. Please make sure that you provide the full name of your recipient, their room number, and if the recipient is a guest, employee, patient, etc. We recommend deliveries to residential addresses for areas outside of the GTA to avoid possible delays.

For apartments and townhouses, please note that the recipient may be contacted if there are no concierge services. Until we can confirm that someone is available to accept the delivery, the order may be delayed.

Exchanges and Returns

Because of the health and safety regulations that we are required to comply with, we are unable to exchange or take returns for food products. However, non-perishable items may be exchanged at our head office and are for valid for 30 days from the date the item was ordered and is subject to a re-stocking fee of 15%. Refunds may only be issued to the purchaser and shipping fees are not refundable.

Damaged Items

At BabyGifties.com, our goal is to choose only the highest quality products available. For whatever reason, if an item is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it and we will be more than happy to send you a replacement.

Customization Policy

Our design team is always looking out for the most creative and up-to-date ways to create the finest gifts to complete our baskets. Every arrangement is specifically developed to suit the theme of the products and the actual basket size that is chosen.

For various reasons, we highly recommend that you choose a basket that is designed by our design team. However, if you choose to further customize any of your orders, we charge an additional $15 per basket. We offer complimentary customization services for orders of at least 25 baskets or more. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide customizations during November and December unless over 25 baskets are ordered.

Food Safety Policy

Food items may be photographed with their packaging opened in order to provide you with a realistic sense of the product. However, the actual product that is delivered will be individually wrapped to keep it fresh and to remain in compliance with food safety regulations.
